The Euro at this point amounted to 74.77 rubles, adding 71 kopecks. The cost of the currency basket ($ 0.55 and EUR 0,45) rose by 74 kopeks to 71.545 rubles.
The Ruble has strengthened the dollar to 69 rubles for the first time since September 8, 2015.
