Ukrainian hryvnia strengthened by 55 kopiykas on the interbank currency market

On January 20, quotations of Ukrainian hryvnia against the US dollar on the interbank currency market at the closing of trading session strengthened by 65 kopiykas to UAH 24.45/24.60 per dollar, as the source in a commercial bank said to UNIAN, Joinfo.ua reports.

According to the source, exchange rates of the national currency to euro were at 26.6650/26.8280, to the Russian ruble – at the level of 0.3010/0.3040 UAH/ruble.

According to the National Bank, the average rate of the hryvnia on the interbank market at 17:00 was at UAH 24.6610 per dollar.

Yesterday, Ukrainian National Bank set official exchange rate of hryvnia for January 20 at UAH 24,844282 per dollar.
