Ukraine’s Central Bank set hryvnia’s exchange rate to a new record low

Ukrainian hryvnia’s official exchange rate dropped to a new record low of UAH 27.23 per dollar on February 24, 2016

The National Bank of Ukraine lowered the official exchange rate of the hryvnia for February 24 at UAH 27.23 per dollar, UAH 29.96 per Euro.

On Tuesday, February 23, on the interbank market the exchange rate was UAH 27.20/27.30 per dollar and UAH 29.91/30.02 per Euro at the closure of the trading session.

It should be recalled that the exchange rate of the Ukrainian national currency dropped below UAH 27 per dollar on Monday, February 22.
