Neil Burger shoots spy thriller

The director of "Limitless" and "Divergent" Neil Burger, came up with the next film.

Neil Burger

It will be a spy thriller "All The Old Knives", a film adaptation of the novel by Olen Shteinhauer. Steve Schwartz, Paula Mae Schwartz and Nick Wechsler from Chockstone Pictures bought the rights to the book back in April, and now they are ready to work.

The events are unfolding in the idyllic town of Carmel by the Sea, where two ex-lovers, former and current spies of the CIA, met for lunch to remember the old days. They began to talk about the case of the Jordanian airlines hijacking, which led to the death of all the crew members and passengers, and which is still investigated by the Bureau. The question is whether Henry came to the meeting with romantic purposes or he had valuable information. One thing is clear – one of them would not get up from the table alive.

The author is writing the script.
