The Oscar-winning beauty told Britain’s You magazine what she thinks of interference with the appearance of an aging woman.

“By Hollywood standards, I guess I’ve already taken a big risk in not having had a facelift. But I’m not going to do that,” she said.

She said that just after the appearance of the sensational Hollywood actress Renee Zellweger, who shocked the audience with her new look. The star of “Bridget Jones’s Diary” claimed that her self-care led to the changes in her appearance, but very few believe her. Whatever it was, the appearance of Zellweger has caused not only the buzz around her appearance, but also hot discussions on plastic surgery and Hollywood”s pressing.

“I’ve told Lancôme that I want to be an ageing model – so they have to keep me for at least five more years until I’m over 50,” said Julia, who has been the face of the brand since 2009.

Categorical rejection of surgery compels Julia to seek new ways of preserving her youth. And Roberts has found a way to keep a fresh look: every day she practices yoga, as she says, “on a more mature level.”

But it is not just about classes for the body. Julia believes it is necessary to put thoughts in order for the full harmony too.

“It’s about non-grasping, non-hoarding, cleaning out your closet, dusting out your mind and letting go of the things that weigh you down mentally and emotionally. There’s a lightness to my life now – an airy quality of not taking things too seriously. That’s happiness.”
