Hollywood diva called on the world leaders to do everything possible to stop human suffering in war zones and restore peace. The woman also said that it was time to put an end to endless conflicts in Syria and Iraq.

The actress Angelina Jolie visited Iraq on January 25 as a special envoy of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. During her visit, the star visited a Kurdish refugee camp in Dahueke located in the north of Iraq.

In her speech, Angelina Jolie said that too many innocent people had to pay for the conflict in Syria and Iraq, as well as for the spread of extremism. In her opinion, the international community should take all necessary measures to avoid further loss of lives.

It was noted earlier that the actress Angelina Jolie had become one of the brightest stars present at Critics' Choice Movie Awards. Especially for this occasion, the woman wore elegant silver gray outfit that flattered the figure of the fresh-baked director.
