In the center of Kaliningrad, the wind turned the “Russia” in “USA.” As reported social network users on Sunday, big red letters on the square, heralding the the upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup, were affected by the storm wind. As a result, the word «Russia» became a «USA». It was published on EuroMaidan‘s Facebook page, Joinfo.ua reports.
