Avocado salad with walnuts

Ingredients:

1 big avocado

half of lettuce batch

1/2 cup toasted walnuts

2 medium tomatoes

salt, ground black pepper – to taste

juice of 1/3 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

 

Preparation:

Peel ripe avocado and cut it into thin slices. Wash and slice tomatoes.

Wash, dry and tear lettuce with hands.

Lay out avocado, tomato slices, and lettuce on a plate and sprinkle it with crushing walnuts (of medium size).

Salt and pepper the salad to taste. Then spray it with lemon juice and olive oil.

Healthy and tasty avocado salad with walnuts is ready.
