To preserve youth and health, the "enemy" should be known in the face. That is, harmful products that hasten aging of skin and organism as a whole.
In addition to well-known products that are harmful for skin such as alcohol, sugar and fat, scientists have found a few more.
1. Sweet puffed rice is found harmful for the body and skin. Frequent consumption of this product leads to the formation of end-product of glycation which seals connective tissue making it dry and fragile.
2. Dangerous product No2 is blue cheese. It is composed of high amounts of omega-6 saturated fats which provoke rashes, inflammation and acne.
3. It was found that dates and watermelons are contraindicated for skin, as due to the high glycemic index, they contribute to the formation of fat, clogging the pores. Their action is similar to any breakfast cereal containing sugar.
4. As for alcoholic beverages, nutritionists consider sweet cocktails and liqueurs as the most dangerous for skin. If these drinks are frequently consumed, skin aging happens faster: there appear premature wrinkles, problem areas and redness. In addition, sweet alcohol leads to dry skin and the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.
