Countries best to give birth in: list of favorable countries

In this rating Ukraine takes only 69th position. Russia appeared to be more favorable in this respect and takes 56th place. Meanwhile, Belarus surpassed even the United States, ending up at 25th notch, Joinfo.ua reports.

In total, the rating included 179 countries. The top 5 most favorable countries for the birth of children are Norway, Finland and Iceland, Denmark and Sweden. The United States is one the most developed countries, which takes the worst position in the rating, – only 33th from the top.

China is not too high too. The country got 61th position. However, according to the study, the women giving birth in Somalia are the most unlucky.

In preparing this rating, experts took into account many different factors, including the probability of death for pregnant women and mothers.
