Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and his wife honored memory of Holodomor victims

On Saturday November 28, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and his wife Maryna Poroshenko honored memory of the victims of Holodomor in Ukraine in 1932-1933, Joinfo.ua with the reference to the AP press service.

The President and his wife laid flowers and herbs composition mixed with mourning colors to the Memorial to Holodomor victims on Mykhailivska Square in Kyiv. They honored memory of everyone who died in one of the most dreadful period in the history of the Ukrainian people with a moment of silence and a low bow.

Petro Poroshenko and Maryna Poroshenko also placed icon lamps in front of the Memorial.
