The State Migration Service of Ukraine (SMSU) abolished all restrictions on the registration of the international passports for citizens of Ukraine for traveling abroad, as stated in the press release of SMSU, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to Novoye Vremya.
From now on, there are no restrictions on travel abroad concerning the international passports. The State Migration Service will not check if there are any restrictions on a citizen to leave Ukraine. This will not only speed up internal paperwork but also reduce the burden on workers migration service.
In particular, citizens do not have to provide the certificate about not being convicted from the police. Thus, this is not just illegal, but has no sense in the context of the issuance of the document, according to the press release.
It should be recalled that from January 11, 2016 the State Migration Service of Ukraine starts to issue ID cards instead of paper passports.
