Ukrainian team of Juliya Dzhyma, Iryna Varvynets, Valentyna Semerenko and Olena Pidhrushna won the women’s biathlon World Cup relay, with one penalty and four spare rounds in 1:16:14.2, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to Biathlonworld.
Germany finished second with two penalties and eleven spares and just 1.2 seconds back. Italy finished third, with ten spares, 43.8 seconds back. Fourth went to Russia with their best result of the season, 44.9 seconds back. Norway in fifth was 1:11.5 back and Czech Republic followed in sixth, 1:47.7 back.
