“The procedure [of college entrance] has not been finalized yet, but we’ve got to give these children a chance to be integrated with the rest of the Ukrainian society,” minister for occupied territories Vadym Chernysh said in an interview to Ukrainian media, Joinfo.ua reports with reference to 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“We don’t want them [graduates] to be integrated with some fancy ‘people’s republic’ or the Russian Federation. We would like to keep those bounds and treat those people as hostages that are forcefully held by armed men, taking into account the circumstances. And then, we will be able to understand how to reintegrate both territories and people into our common constitutional area”, the minister said.
