Crimea blackout: authorities fear of infectious diseases
In Crimea, due to unstable power supply requires additional treatment of the water to avoid the spread of infectious diseases

Crimean occupation authorities fear of infectious diseases, because of unstable power supply the water needs additional treatment.  This was stated by Minister for Housing and Utilities of the Russian government of Crimea, Alexander Zhdanov, Joinfo.ua reports with the reference to KrymRealii.

“In order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases due to unstable water supply, Alexander Zhdanov ordered to carry out additional processing and hydrochlorination of water,” – said the press service of the Russian government of Crimea.

Zhdanov said that in the 12 communities they organized additional water supplies.

On November 24, Russian Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov arrived in Crimea. Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak is also expected to visit.

It should be recalled that Crimea has been cut off from the electricity supply from Kherson region since the night of November 22.
