Samsung has presented a computer mouse Eyecan +, which provides the ability to type texts or perform other computer operations without hands.
This computer mouse is a modernized version of a device used as glasses. All the functions are performed by the user's eye movement. This will help disable people to move the mouse, view images or open different tabs.
Samsung promised to give hundreds of such devices to disabled people in 2015 as a part of a charity event. Also, the company will share technology features with investors that will open up new opportunities for its implementation.
For the first time, Samsung has introduced a similar project back in 2011. The price of the device pleasantly surprises. The mouse costs only $ 45, that is much cheaper than existing or prospective counterparts cost.
It is to be noted that other developers have also created more functional and convenient alternative to the computer mouse. Fixed computer manipulator Flow, according to its creators, is more convenient for the human hand than a mouse or other devices.
