That is how NASA's new spaceship looks like
The SpaceX’s Dragon space capsule will carry astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2017

On Friday November 20, Elon Musk’s rocket company, SpaceX, finally got NASA’s clearance to launch astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2017, Joinfo.ua reports with the reference to Tech Insider.

Only one other company — Boeing — has NASA’s permission to do so.

SpaceX already has a contract with NASA to deliver supplies to the ISS, but now it has finally convinced the space agency that its Dragon spaceship can safely transport humans.

Take a look inside the new space capsule that future astronauts will travel in.

SpaceX’s Dragon capsule will be one of the first commercial spacecraft to launch humans into space.

The capsule has four windows and is designed to seat up to seven astronauts.

The seats are made out of carbon fiber and covered with Alcantara cloth, same as in sports cars.
