Ebola virus: United States predict increased incidence rate

It is expected that, on Thursday the Health Ministers from the Western Africa will meet in Ghana to discuss the growing crisis. They will discuss possible measures to prevent the spread of the disease, and to develop vaccine.

It is to be recalled, that according to the World Health Organization, more than 1,400 people died due to Ebola virus this year. According to the WHO representatives, it is the most large-scale epidemic of Ebola virus in history. The outbreak affected more than 2,600 people.

So far, there are only experimental vaccines that do not guarantee recovery. In general, medical attendance should be very intensive and costly, and that is why the mortality rate is so high.
