In US, people die from pajama ignition more often than from Ebola

Such a conclusion was reached by the National Board of Occupational Safety and Health, reports The Washington Post. They published a study with data on mortality rate in the country and gave the statistics for 2010, having determined the probability of death for various reasons.

The most likely causes of death among Americans are heart disease, cancer and chronic diseases of the lower respiratory tract.

The list also includes lightning, scalding, earthquake, dog bite, flood, death penalty, storm, bee, wasp or bumblebee sting and clothing inflammation.

Basing on the fact that in the United States only one person died from Ebola, people are much more likely to die from any of these reasons.
