38-year-old grandson of the former U.S. President George W Bush took the office of the State Land Commissioner and won with nearly 60% of the vote.

In general, there are two presidents in the Bush dynasty. Both are named George. Also there is the former governor of Florida and U.S. presidential candidate – Jeb Bush.

Besides, the political family has two senators, Supreme Court judge and successful bankers and businessmen.

It is to be recalled that the Republicans won the midterm elections to the U.S. Congress. The opposition of the current President Barack Obama already has two chambers of the American Parliament.

"I am grateful to the people of Texas, who entrusted me with the position of the State Land Commissioner for the next four years. I also have a message for those who did not vote for me. Within four years I will try to gain your confidence too," says George Prescott Bush, the Texas Land Commissioner.
