Earlier, we reported that the majority of European leaders refused to attend the Victory Parade in Moscow. These include President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves, President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, British Prime Minister David Cameron.
President Putin will hold the parade in the company of Czech President Milos Zeman, Prime Minister of Greece Alexis Tsipras, and President of North Korea Kim Jong-un.
