Russian fighter jet nearly rams the U.S. reconnaissance aircraft over Black Sea

The Russian fighter jet nearly collided with a U.S. Air Force reconnaissance aircraft in the international air zone over the Black Sea, CNN reports referring to the Pentagon's employees.

According to the TV channel, the incident happened on May 30. The Russian fighter jets was flying at the same altitude with the American one at a distance of three meters, whereupon it accompanied the American aircraft for some time. Later, the fighter jet left the zone.

It is reported that the U.S. Air Force reconnaissance aircraft took no evasive measures. No other details are yet available.

Earlier, it was reported that one and only Russian Navy aircraft carrier was broken and sent for repair.
