The 12-year-old singer-songwriter Grace VanderWaal, the youngest winner ever of "America's Got Talent” performs “I Don’t Know My Name” on “Today Show”

In her interview in the TODAY studio, where Grace performed “I Don’t Know My Name” from her debut EP live, she opened up about turning 13 on January 15, Just Jared reports.

“I never went into seventh grade. I am now home-schooled. I’m stuck in sixth grade,” Grace said.

“I can’t get it out of my mind. You know when you have a birthday, and you’re like, ‘I’m 9 — 10!’ I don’t correct myself. I’m just like, ‘Hi, I’m a sixth-grader!’,” Grace explained.
