Finland ratifies Association Agreement between EU and Ukraine

The Scandinavian country became the 19 member of the EU who supported the association with Ukraine.

According to the Tyzhden news agency, April 24, Finland ratified the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. It was announced by Andriy Olefirov, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Finland, on itsFacebook page.

"Today, Finland has ratified the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU! Many thanks to Finland! Glory to Ukraine!" writes the ambassador.

In addition, the announcement about ratification was published on the page of the Government of Finland on the Internet.

Currently, the ratification procedure of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union is fully completed by 28 EU Member States: Belgium, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Estonia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Poland, Croatia, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Great Britain, and Ukraine itself.
