Last week a tourist filmed a remarkable sea creature during a swim session near the Bali coast.

This remarkable sea slug, or melibe viridis Remarkable detail: the snail has an inflatable head. The species lives in the Red Sea and off the coast of Mozambique and Indonesia, Joinfo.com reports.

The slug eats by “blowing up” his head and using it as a net to collect small animals and algae from the seabed. It can growup to 14 centimeters long and has 13 legs.

The slug’s mouth has small hairs. When the hairs come into contact with a prey, the slug closes the jaws and the head shrinks again.

The video has collected over 180,000 views on YouTube. Some people said in the comments that the creature looks like an alien and some suggested it was a new type of Pokemon.
