The Distillery hotel will open just for the holiday season on December 16 in London, Joinfo.com reports with reference to Time Out.
The hotel is launching next month on Portobello Road with a whole four floors dedicated to gin and three boutique guest bedrooms taking bookings with a view on Portobello Road.
The ground-floor bar will be known as the Resting Room, where they’ll not just be serving gin, but also a whole host of spirits aged in barrels suspended from the ceiling. Meanwhile, on the first floor there’s Spanish bar and restaurant GinTonica.
Say hola to a giant G&Ts in the classic Copa de Balón style (bowl-shaped glasses). The hotel also features The Ginstitute with a gin museum, where guests will learn how to make their own gin based on 300-year history. And, of course, there will be a shop in the hotel.
