Oops! Russians mint ‘In Trump We Trust’ coins with misspelling
A Russian company has demonstrated a commemorative coin with Donald Trump’s portrait minted for the coming presidential inauguration. Unfortunately, there is a misspelling on the reverse side

A Russian metal-works company Art-Grani demonstrated commemorative silver and gold coins with the soon-to-be US President Donald Trump’s face on the obverse side, Joinfo.com reports.

Vladimir Vasyukhin, head of the company, showcased coin that is the 12-cm (about 5-inch) in diameter and weighs 1 kg (2.2 lbs), minted ahead of Trump’s presidential inauguration.

But netizens noticed the misspelling on the reverse side featuring the Statue the Liberty. The inscription over the statue’s head reads “United States of AmeriKa.”

However, the company has made only 45 coins with the inscription: “In Trump We Trust.” Vasyukhin said they hope the coins will help mend the relationship between the two countries and persuade the US to lift the sanction.
