The giant panda twin cubs – one male and one female – made their debut at the Panda House at the Chongqing Zoo in southwest China on January 22nd.
The cubs’ have temporary names, given by zookeepers. Thus, the zoo asked the public to propose permanent names for the twins.
The pandas are in good health and weigh 13.7 kilograms and 13 kilograms. They are now part of the Zoo’s 15 total pandas.
