China Builds Asia's First Vertical Forest That Produces 60 Kg Oxygen Every Day
The new Nanjing Towers will produce 60 kg oxygen every single day to help keep air clearer in China that suffers from major air pollution

The towers will be designed by Italian architect, Stefano Boeri, and each of the two towers will stand tall at a height of 656 feet and 354 feet respectively, Joinfo.com reports with reference to India Times.

The Nanjing Towers will bring over 3,000 plants comprising of 1,000 trees and nearly 2,500 shrubs from 23 different local species.

The taller tower will house offices, a museum, a terrace club, and a green architecture school.

The smaller tower will house a rooftop pool and a Hyatt hotel with 247 rooms.

The towers will be ready by 2018 and offer fantastic views from balconies along with setting a great benchmark for enriching biodiversity.

Designer Stefano Boeri has already designed two towers in Milan, Italy known as the Bosco Verticale and similar structures will soon open up in Lausanne, Switzerland.
